Job Description

Scout Gutter Solutions is expanding, and we’re looking for a confident, people-first salesperson who wants to grow with a family-run company.

First and foremost: Attitude Matters Most

Skills can be trained. Scripts can be learned.
But a positive, solution-focused attitude is non-negotiable.

We’re after someone who shows up ready, brings good energy, takes ownership, and keeps momentum moving – even when the day changes.

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners who reach out needing help with gutters, repairs, cleaning, or upgrades.

Your job is to:

  • Deliver a warm, confident greeting
  • Do proper fact-finding (no interrogations, no pressure – true conversations)
  • Build a buyer profile and understand the real problem
  • Offer alternatives and options based on their situation
  • Present quotes clearly and walk them through the decision
  • Follow up consistently and professionally
  • Maintain notes, communication, and updates
  • Work closely with Marta (office) + Darren (field)

You WILL be of service first, every time.

Experience in sales is not necessary – we will train the right person using our proven sales training program. We will 100% turn you into a sales master!
