Job Description
First and Foremost: Attitude Matters Most
Skills can be trained. Software can be learned.
But a positive, solution-focused attitude is non-negotiable.
About the Role
High-initiative assistant working directly with the owners. Every day is different. Your job is to keep things organized, move projects forward, and prevent dropped balls.
What You’ll Actually Do (Real Talk)
This role is about taking ideas → turning them into action → and finishing them.
You’ll be the person who helps move projects across the finish line.
Some days that means organizing tasks or messaging someone back.
Other days it means helping coordinate a job, picking something up, or turning a rough idea into a polished video.
Every day is different, and that’s the fun.
Your superpower here is “just get it done.”
Examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:
- Help take ideas from “in my head” → into a clear plan → → completed.
- Keep projects moving and make sure nothing gets forgotten or dropped.
- Be the point of connection between conversations, notes, tasks, and outcomes.
- Edit and upload short videos/content (we’ll show you workflows).
- Book and confirm things (calls, deliveries, appointments, etc.)
- Run the random-but-important errands that make everything flow smoothly.
- Spot problems before they happen and solve them without drama.
- Keep things organized: calendars, tasks, messages, information, tools, people.
If something needs to happen, you help make sure it happens.
No ego. No fuss. No excuses.
Just momentum.
Core purpose: Make the business run smoother and the owners lives easier.
